We understand that sometimes situations arise where cancellations need to occur, and we will do everything in our power to help make sure, should this happen, that it is a fair outcome.  The $150.00 flat booking fee required to book any session is absolutely non-refundable and non-transferable. All moneys paid beyond the booking fee are non-refundable, unless the following has occurred: Cancellations must be made in writing no later than 7 days before the scheduled shoot on Senior, Family and Commercial sessions. Those moneys paid beyond the booking fee may be used as credit (no expiration) towards a future shoot. Wedding cancellations are separate from this policy and outlined in a separate contract.
